- Managing 55+ employees including managers, leads, coordinators, CSRs, and inbound/ outbound teams. in a public 3PL site, ranging from 3 to 8 customers with both sort and long-term contracts.
- Ensure adequate staffing based on customer forecast, maintained cross training across the facility to have all associates be at 75% knowledgeable in all areas and customers.
- Maintained preventative maintenance schedule for 60+ pieces of equipment propane, electric, and diesel.
- Train the trainer certification to assess and license associates on multiple pieces of equipment.
- Worked closely with site GM to create the sites $12M P&L for last year and this year.
- Sole responsibility of the P&L and each line to drive the highest percentage of profit month over month. If we are +/- 10% of the monthly budgeted revenue I have to have backup for the financial call that we have with the vice president of distribution.
- Maintained a SQF certification for the site for food grade customer conducting mock recalls and keeping 99.89% inventory and location accuracy.
- Created KPI trackers for Monthly reports and well as QBR for multiple customers to exceed all goals set forth by the customers.
- Maintain Gap time of 6% or less month over month to drive the highest amount of productivity possible.

- Start up and support team traveled all over the country to run and successfully startup 5M+ square feet and provide support until the site is self-sufficient/ provide remote assistance after startup.
- Traveled to multiple sites to observe and create action plans as to how to make everyone at the site more efficient and work collaboratively to exceed customer expectations.
- Conduct UAT testing of the WMS for the new sites/ when new customers come into buildings.
- Co-developed a non-code-based WMS within Google App sheets to keep inventory in and out of a warehouse for 8 different customers.

Our building is also the newest out of the region to obtain this new system and week after week we are number 1 out of 29.

- Use of Manhattan to run, create and release waves and tasks to assign to pickers to bring freight to the outbound dock to be labeled, palletized, protected, and loaded. Problem solve items that are errors and fix dimensions in the system if necessary.
- Clerk functions in amazons dock management system checking in drivers and trailers, checking the status of loading and palletizing. Managing the teams to have trailers ready before the critical pull time.
