Through DECA and other clubsI have done numerous volunteer work. Here are some of my experiences and the role I played in them:

• Trunk or treat: host a trunk, serve candy to kids, host games
• Gloverville Elementary: for 2 years I have made gift bags, served hot coco, and read to students there
• Aiken state fair: running a booth, hosting games/quizzes, educating people about DECA
• Ronald McDonald House: I collected pop tabs through the cafe and students at Midland Valley to donate to people in need
• Snugs & Hugs: I collected blankets and cards for the elderly during christmas time by hosting raffles and giving away prizes.

My SBE (school-based-enterprise) is an in-school cafe that serves students drinks (lemonade, coffee, energy drinks, ect) and snacks (lunchables, yogurt, chips, ect.) through the school day.

My role:

• Cashier
• Coordinated team schedules
• Marketing through social media / in-person
• Developed training routines
• Inventory management
• Product distribution
• Maintaining safe/organized environment

Blue-Time is a small travel agency that deals with large groups of customers traveling on business from France to the United States.

My role:

• Set and check reservations
• Assistant to Blue-Time managers
• Check in/arrival of guests
• Help create/improvise daily schedule for the travel groups
