I believe my past positions have allowed me to hone my talents and skills to be the right Director of Operations for Francis+Benedict Global Nonprofit. I believe you can see through my track record as an advocate that I want the best for Togo. You can also see through my personal life that Christ is at the center of my decision making and that will continue to be the driving force behind my decisions in the nonprofit.
My objective as the Director of Operations US side would be to build donor trust that would allow us to build a donor base full of consistent monthly and annual donors. This consistency will allow us to diligently cover our existing expenses while faithfully moving towards greater impacts.
As a volunteer I had the opportunity to play a part in the House of Peace container project and Raffle Fundraiser. As a volunteer I attneded meetings and helped organize volunteers to fill the needs of the container. I created a registry to help cast vision for potential donors giving to the project and I assisted in social media covering the project.
For the 2023 Raffle Fundraiser I kept track of incoming donations and kept clear communication between F+B leadership and advocates.
As an advocate I have been able to sell skirts and spread the mission of F+B across five states. Having recruited 8 women to Francis + Benedict this past year ; my team was able to sell enough for me to rach Sister Status. Included in that success was being able to meet the required milestones to earn a spot on the Togo Advocate Trip and become a Top 5 Company Seller.
