I have over 20 years of experience and payroll and HR. I have worked for privately owned companies, corporations, and city sectors. I am familiar with union pay, along with regular salary, hourly and part-time pay. I'm also aware of most of the state laws through the 50 states regarding, when people need to be paid as in the state of Massachusetts and also for California as in example of termination pay and when that has to be paid out to avoid penalties. Unlike a lot of people change does not bother me, change me as a challenge and I really do like challenges. I am a very fast learner when it comes to new software and when I work for a company may be private owned or a corporation I treat it like my own , so I do whatever I can and get the job done. Honestly, I am a bit of a workaholic.. I feel that any company that brings me on as a team member or manager would be very proud to say that I work for them.
