Full understanding of engineering drawings, blueprints, quality procedures and instructions, manufacturing specifications and procedures, operation and work sheets, and electronic data
Inspections to ensure First Pass Quality (FPQ) is attained by engineering drawings and specifications
Assistance in performing system & sub-system pre-delivery inspections and aircraft maintenance in preparation for delivery Paint shop inspections
Experience with QA test procedures requiring any inspection of parts and assemblies, including processes, materials, and flight line
Perform conformity/first article inspections to ensure compliance with procedures
Perform auditing, surveillance and monitoring of processes and procedures
Verify and ensure FAA compliance with Quality Management System

Ability in use of precision measuring instruments such as ball gauges, digital diameter tester, height gauges, thread gages, dial indicators, pana-metrics (electronic thickness tester), micrometers, calipers, drop indicators, comparator, and other inspection tools to check in performing assigned quality tasks, workmanship issues, fit, alignment and conformance per applicable drawing required

Professionally execute technical reports of quality deviations for engineering analysis
Experience in manufacturing environment performing root, mistake proofing, cause analysis, implementing effective corrective action, and project management tasks

Experience with leading production systems and the manufacturing/support environment
Knowledge of MS office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Technical knowledge with drawings/CATIA V5, documents, process specifications, quality control requirements, and software programs REDARs, CMES, Velocity and generation of EPDs (PU, CI, NC, CA)
