01/2016 – 06/2017 – 2nd Shift Kitchen Supervisor, responsible for supervising officers, staff, and inmate workers. Managed food preparation and distribution for the inmate population, officers, and staff, along with menu planning, food production, ordering supplies, and maintaining sanitation in the kitchen.
06/2017 – 11/2022 – Kitchen Supervisor. Responsible for managing kitchen operations, facility housekeeping, and the laundry exchange program. Supervised kitchen personnel, staff, and inmate workers across kitchen, housekeeping, and laundry services. Oversaw food preparation and meals for the inmate population, facility staff, and officers. Managed menu planning, food production, inventory, and ordering meals served to inmates and staff. Ensured kitchen cleaning adhered to all state and federal standards. Supervised facility housekeeping to maintain cleanliness in compliance with local, state, and federal standards. Managed the laundry exchange operation to guarantee that incarcerated individuals received clean clothing, linens, and towels on schedule and in accordance with all relevant standards.
