Maintained patent airway, monitored vital signs and surgical site until ready for discharge from PACU. Treated pain, nausea, and changes in vitals due to post-operative anesthesia symptoms. Educated patients and caregivers of discharge instructions including proper wound management, medication use, and safety precautions.
