Accomplishments

Working as the General Manager of Domino's I accomplished many achievements. I was the first GM to turn a profit at the Westminster location. The area is very small, which does make it challenging to control food cost because of sales fluctuation. During the 4 years, 2 of the years I had the lowest retention with employees.
