• Perform major & minor assembly, disassembly, cleaning, inspection, and disposition of various types of components and accessories as required for the LRU (Line Replacement Unit) module in the Crago-2 inch PDU area according to the original Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) blueprints and other pertaining documents used in the MRO facility.
• Worked to specifications and used all required precision instruments, special tools, fixtures, and equipment to perform assigned work according to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) & company regulations.
• Utilized various computer systems (Capital SAP, MS Office) to enter and retrieve information to perform normal daily activities.

• Perform in-process inspection in several different areas of manufacturing of high voltage power supplies before test.
• Perform wiring and electromechanical inspection of sub-assemblies and racks from drawings and schematics.
• Perform inspection and approval of incoming materials by confirming specifications and identifying Non-conformance reporting issues (NCR).
• Inspect printed circuit boards for thru-hole and SMT PC boards per IPC standards.
• Perform necessary transactions within the Material Requirements Planning (MPR) system using Glovia G2 Manufacture EPR Software.

Electro-mechanical Assembler "A"

• Daily assembly of racks, chassis, and top assemblies through hard wiring, crimping, and mechanical component knowledge.
• Fill out any associate paperwork, such as configuration control travelers.
• Train other assemblers, as required.

• Responsible for hybrid assembly operations of various microelectronic modules assigned for daily and weekly production using manufacturing tools following SOP, and QMS standards.
• Performed solder wiring installation, tinting, manual pick, and placement of surface mount and thru-hole components.
• Entered daily activities by completing all the steps according to the production flow traveler.

• Responsible for performing a wide range of soldering including hand placement of SMT components, sealing, assembly, and sub-assembly fabrication operations following QMS, ISO-9001, and AS9100 standards.
• Trained and guided microwire/solders.
• Work with engineers on R&D projects.
• Use Surface Mount Rework equipment to perform P.C. board repair (SMT Lab).

• Responsible for daily production, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and testing of all electro-mechanical and electronic medical equipment following QMS, FDA, GMP, and ISO 13485-9001 standards.
• Trained new workers and provided support and guidance to designated personnel in production and testing areas.
• I interfaced with Engineering and Quality Control during new product development and orientation, providing input on ideas for manufacturing improvements, fixtures, and new documentation.
