  • In this role I had the opportunity to modify and improve the field service department by streamlining and improving response time to service calls
  • Within the first 3 months of joining Blanchard I was asked to join a Field Service improvement project management team which looks at setting up SOP's, and improving standards for all field service departments across the company
  • Since I have joined the project I have been able to put the ideas and best practices outlined by the project team into action within my own department at the Summerville store
  • We have seen an improvement in customer owned service calls by about 10% and rental service calls by 30% while at the same time improving data collection on work orders for specific metrics requested by CAT and Blanchard
