As a general education classroom teacher, my role in the classroom included:

• Creating engaging lesson plans that align with state standards.
• Provided individualized or group support for those needing additional care and assistance.
• Evaluating and assessing students' understanding and progress throughout the year
• Maintaining communication with students, families, and staff.
• Fostered a safe and orderly learning environment for all students

• Accepted a letter of agreement to work half of the remaining school year.
• Created an environment where the students and their families felt supported.
• Utilized technology-based tools to enhance classroom instruction and student learning
• Facilitated classroom discussions to encourage students' participation and critical thinking.

• Initially a service worker tasked with greeting customers, taking orders, and maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant.
• Was promoted to shift lead and began to handle customer concerns as well as manage the employees on the floor.
• Performed opening and closing procedures for restaurant.
• Assisted in the training of new employees.
