Maintain daily work order assignments and assist in duties of the work orders along with maintenance technicians to ensure that all is done correctly in a safe manner. Also maintained the upkeep of the grounds. I was in charge of interviewing vender's for hire for different services around the property. I had to go around and do preventative maintenance and get the property ready for different annually inspections.

I also covered ordering of supplies and hiring vendors for different services around the property. Maintain the upkeep of the grounds,did preventive maintenance and had the property ready for annual inspections.

Started off as a maintenance technician for the first 2 weeks carrying out duties of different work orders and by the 3rd week I was handling out work orders as the new supervisor over the BTeam Maintenance. I had to deal with many different titles and lots of meetings and planning.

Maintain the upkeep of the Hotel and the Grounds. Paint, repair and or replace drywall, light bulbs, fixtures, plumbing repairs, install appliances, pressure wash, HVac repairs,tile, carpeting, vanities, and any thing that was damaged or broken,I would fix or replace.
