Injectable Liquid Therapy Program (SAS Programer  2023-06 - )

• Background: Evaluate the efficacy, safety and pharmacokinetics of this injection for a particular disease.
• Project Process: During the data processing phase, I assisted my DM colleagues in developing the sas code for data verification. After that, we processed SDTM, ADaM dataset and TFL according to the requirements. During the process, I have been actively cooperating with other departments, and helped myself to deepen the understanding of the data while assisting DM to complete the data verification process. With my help, my colleagues in the DM department were able to save about 6 hours of man-hours per week.

Bioequivalence Testing (Programmer Leader 2023-06 - 2023-12)

• Background: The requirement was to compare the pharmacokinetic profiles of the subject formulation with those of the reference formulation in fasting and postprandial conditions.
• Project Process: After completing the routine data preparation, I drafted the proc template for the figure, which provided a template for the subsequent figure for similar projects. In addition, I was responsible for the preparation and organisation of pc data and prepared the PCNCA validation dataset for the statistician. In the review outputs stage, for some common errors, I will actively try to use the macros I developed to help my colleagues to improve.

ISS analysis of a drug (SAS Programer 2023-10 - 2024-02))

• Background: ISS analysis of a drug.
• Project Process: I was mainly responsible for the presentation of the results in the AE section. Due to the large amount of data, I needed to correspond to the variables in each dataset in the early stage. Also, i see to clarify the rules of combine for AE. In this project, I worked well with my colleagues to complete the task on time and with high quality under a very tight timeline.

Pharmacokinetic Study Project(Programer Leader  2024-03 - )

• Background: Evaluate the relative bioavailability and pharmacokinetics of a drug.
• Project Process: The PC part of the project involves a lot of graphs, and the statistician will frequently modify the shell. In this case, I combined my past experience and encapsulated the code into macros.
