I try to be the best and or better at every task put in front of me. I bought my own house at 23. Managed an auto mechanic shop by my self while also doing the physical work. I’ve learned many skills including tree climbing and felling.
Forman of the fecon mulching machine maintained and operated safely and efficiently
Moved to the delfab machine had to learn how to operate, became productive with it 2 days with no training.
I also help manage the chip truck and communicate with the jarraf operator so that we are on the same page and can work productively and safely alongside each other .
I worked as a grounds operations technician clearing trees from around poles and guy wires for the mulching machine.
Shortly after starting i learned how to run the fecon machine safely and productively under supervision of the operator Forman, while also maintaining my previous tasks.
I became the chip truck Forman breaking production records, while remaining safe and completing all tasks that go with this position.
I moved to a bucket truck and started trimming as an arborist trainee under supervision of a training Forman, i eventually was doubling max production everyday.
I have the mindset of how can we do this faster and better while remaining safe. I think it is important to take a second and “look at the entire landscape before painting” missing one part can ruin the project. And never tell someone to do something that you would not do yourself weather it’s a safety risk or a difficulty that it poses. Strong leadership comes from putting in the work. And standing on your word.
