  • Supervise the DNA Database Department to include managing eleven personnel; writing and reviewing departmental manuals and validations; insuring compliance with statutory requirements, accreditation, agency, and the FBI’s Quality Assurance Standards, and completing budget and management reports, as required.

  • Manage the DNA Capacity Enhancement for Backlog Reduction Program, including metric data collection for the DNA Database Department, application drafting, revisions, progress reports and participation in assessments.
