1. Co-ordinate service orders and faults in the area on a daily basis to agreed service level requirements.
2. Verify customer satisfaction with installation done and faults repaired before sign-off of the service orders.
3. Provide assistance/guidance restoration/installation teams.
4. Allocate priority with respect to business and residential customers.
5. Verify faults to establish symptoms before assigning to the teams and also track progress of fault restoration.
6. Bring to the immediate attention of the Supervisor any potential problems that may have negative impact on the service provision and faults repair targets.
7. Keep customers informed of the state and stage of their service requests.
8. Provide technical helpdesk support for Broadband, DIB, Lease Circuit, Manage Wifi, email and any other internet related issues
9. Perform call-out & standby duties as instructed.
10. Manage the alarm system and take the necessary action by informing the engineering team of the service being affected and logging the fault on the Fault Record Database.
11. Manage GSM Exchange features on the network such as call barring, SMS, GPRS setup, etc) as and when required.
12. Setup GPRS Internet browsing on mobile of customers and also ensure it is functioning properly at all times.
13. Ensure and coordinate that proper SMS broadcasts are sent to customers whenever necessary.
14. Configure customer CPE as and when work order reaches the department.
15. Configure voice related service on Metaswitch and VOBB platform.
16. Create centrex and sip trunk and provide the configuration details to relevant department for installation.
17. Manage WDCP platform by creating new DIB customer, change package and add additional IP for sharing services.
