Supervise and execute construction site development with technical investigation, surveys, drafts, and construction plans/specification. Use digital equipment and software to draw topographic maps and charts to prepare detailed plans for construction projects.

• Field Activities: Perform observation, testing, sampling, and inspection of materials, including soils, aggregates, concrete, grout, masonry, asphalt, and structural steel placement on construction sites; Execute tasks based on project requirements under the guidance of other senior technicians, staff professionals, and project managers.
• Testing Procedures: Conduct routine field tests for soils, aggregates, concrete, grout, masonry, asphalt, and structural steel placement using various methodologies and testing equipment following industry standards and compliance.
• Data Collection: Perform calculations and data reduction based on sampling, test results, and inspections; Engage in drafting and other administrative duties as required; Develop skills in documentation and prepare field reports that document site observations for field work performed.
• Communication: Maintain daily communication with site contractors, other technicians, and project managers; Keep supervisor and project teams informed of changing site conditions and additional testing requested; Attend project meetings with senior staff as requested.
• Training and Development: Receive training in ECS methodology for project observations, inspections, and testing; Document findings with precision in accordance with accepted engineering practices.

• Concrete testing with proper ATSM standards and proper equipment in accordance with the proper field testing procedures
• Soil testing with proper ATSM standards and materials used for fills and compacting on site and lab testing
• Inspect asphalt with proper assessment using data collected from the operation and equipment including on site and lab equipment
• Inspect on site material and compaction equipment used in compacting material strength and durability
• Examine the procedures for the different phases that the construction crews and construction sites and asses the quality of the work being done
• Perform proper ATSMS in accordance of my asphalt grade 1, ACI grade 1, and my DOT earthworks
• Testing and sampling in correct system and procedures
• Work along DOT to operate sites to correct policies and inspect for accuracy, proficiency, and clear results to determine accurate testing
• Used data collected and performed from on site to determine the next step in the construction phase
• Constantly improve on my current certifications in order to continue excelling on my ACI, Asphalt, and Earthworks

• Assist in the establishment of CBRN defense measures
• Provide training advice and supervision regarding CBRN equipment and operations
• Train military and civilian personnel on CBRN response operations
• Operate and maintain CBRN detection and decontamination equipment
• Serve on Biological Integrated Detection Teams, STRYKER NBC Reconnaissance Platoons, Technical Escort Battalions, Special Forces and Ranger Units
• Survey, sample, and transport material for further research
• Sample with caution as to make sure that no material becomes cross contaminated
• Be in proper PPE during sampling and be in standard accordance to MSDS and SOP

• Applies fertilizers and pesticides to lawns according to schedule, safety procedures, and label instructions
