Ronald Fair

I'm a police officer of 18 years with an excellent record of promotion and recognition for going beyond call of duty. I'm a detail-oriented team player with strong organizational skills. I have the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy. I have progressed through my career starting as a patrol officer and worked through the ranks of Corporal, Sergeant, Lieutenant, and now a Captain of the patrol division. I have a sound knowledge of police standards, policies and procedures and law. As the Patrol Captain, I perform complex and highly responsible planning and supervisory duties associated with crime prevention and law enforcement activities. I serve as a liaison between the department and local, state and federal agencies. Prior to being promoted to Patrol Captain, I was a Lieutenant on the Community Action Team in which I was successful at developing positive relationships with colleagues and citizens. I always approach each situation with alertness, compassion and concern. I ensure that officers continually follow procedures to maintain safety, documentation and meet legal requirements. Lastly, I'm passionate about saving lives, protecting victims and fighting crime.
