From 2015 to 2020, I managed multiple jobs across the Charleston area. The projects included tear-downs on the Isle of Palms, semi-custom spec builds in Rivertown, Dunes West, and Park West. In 2021, I transitioned to the production side of the business, starting and closing 86 homes. I am currently managing 45 homes in the Moncks Corner area.

I managed the construction of multiple custom homes in the $2 million to $4 million range. Start-to-finish construction, from design meetings to foundation to completion. I worked with design staff, architects, and trade partners to execute the clients' desires.

I managed the Charleston area market for a large exterior vendor. Projects ranged from full custom exteriors on Kiawah Island to production vinyl siding. I managed a staff of field managers, salesmen, and installers.
