Georgetown

Summary

I am writing to apply for the Children's Family Pastor position at First Baptist Church of Georgetown, because I have a passion for investing in children and families through teaching, training, and discipling in the church, and in our community. This position directly aligns with my specific calling to children, families, and intentional discipleship for God's kingdom and eternity. Over the past nine years in full-time ministry with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, I have gained valuable experience and learned effective ways to engage, equip, and empower students, anglers, coaches, parents, and volunteers in all types of ministry. I believe there is a great need to build relationships with families and parents in the church, disciple them to grow in their faith and knowledge of God's Word, and provide opportunities for growth and development to happen inside the church, and outside the church through community outreach and partnerships. Thank you for your time and consideration of my application. I look forward to the opportunity to discuss more about the position and direct alignment of ministry experience in serving First Baptist Church of Georgetown.
