Maintain and sharpen various progressive stamping dies. Machine parts as needed.

• Repair, machine new casting molds and related parts using manual mill, prototrack mill and cnc haas mill.

• Maintain, and modify extrusion dies. Maintain modifiy and build various fixtures and tooling. Machine parts to repair machinery. Order materials.

• Set up and operate manual mill, lathe and surface grinder. Also set up and operate CNC Haas mill. Select tooling, set tool heights, work offsets and edit program where needed.

• Set up and operate CNC mills and Lathe. Import and export programs to and from the machine. Verify the tools in the machine in the program match that of the machine. Adjust tools if they were incorrect and set offsets. Inspect the parts and document the inspection.

• Set up, program and operate CNC Haas mills. Adjust offsets, set tools. Also set up and operate manual mill and lathe. Set up,program and run CNC saw. Load material into saw deburr and package for shipping. Set up and operate iron worker and punch press.

• Set up and operate CNC Mill and lathe. Change offsets, select tools and call various programs that are written in G code.

• Machine various parts used in fabrication of machinery used in the textile industry. Using different machines including Band saw, Lathe, Milling machine and other hand tools;

• Build, Diagnose, repair and sharpen various dies including hole punch, cut off, progressive, forming and Uni-punch dies. Perform preventive maintenance, Inspect for trouble areas and perform corrections. Reverse engineer parts of the dies to be able to produce new parts. After machining heat treat various types of tool steel ranging from A-2, D-2, O-1, S-7 and others. Think of ways to improve existing functions to increase production and make the operator's job safer and more efficient. Reverse engineered and machined parts from Roselle presses. Modified bolster plates for various punch presses. Also modified dies for press brakes. Tools used would include manual lathe, mill, saw, drill press, surface grinder and other hand held tools.

• LSC Responsibilities: Cut and assemble aluminum rails to produce a frame. Various tools used including circular Cold saw, bench grinder, milling machine, drill press and Pneumatic punch press. Warehouse Responsibilities: Receiving, packaging, shipping of cable and various other goods via UPS world ship and scheduling LTL pickups, checking/adjusting inventory in Macola, ordering warehouse supplies

• Set up & operate, manual lathes, milling machine, band saw, drill press, hydraulic press and other shop equipment. Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mills, lathes and other machinery.

• Operate milling machine, drill press, band saw, and various hand held equipment to fabricate roll up doors.
