• Lead of the Lead Research department & RFP Proposals.

• Overhauled the company subcontractor database management, streamlined the updating and inputting process.

• Once a project was awarded, assumed the role of Project Engineer (Pre-Construction Manager) and joined the Construction team through project closeout.
• Created comprehensive marketing plan for the company, included an in depth forecast of Government contracting opportunities.
• Designed a new company website, complete with blog, planroom and interactive features.

Provided administrative support to CEO of Multi-Million Dollar Public Work General Contractor. Duties including but not limited to: facilitated calls to Subcontractors, updated general bid database, maintained expense account of several LLC's, coordinated annual company meeting

• Conducted extensive research concerning upcoming and available contracting opportunities with the U.S. Military for Service Disabled Veterans Owned Companies, created a comprehensive marketing strategy
• Overhauled Subcontractor database from over 5 different states, updated company's online filing system, facilitating company's transition to a paperless system
