Dynamic Plasma Technician at BioLife Plasma Services with expertise in vital signs assessment and regulatory compliance. Proven ability to maintain accurate electronic health records while ensuring donor safety and confidentiality. Strong customer service skills resulting in positive donor experiences, contributing to operational excellence and adherence to quality standards.
I am responsible for conducting basic health screenings on donors to ensure that they are eligible to donate plasma. This includes taking vital signs (such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature), checking the donor’s medical history, and conducting tests (such as hemoglobin and protein levels) before donation.
I also maintain accurate records of each donor’s information, donation history, and test results. This documentation is important for tracking donor eligibility and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Implementing quality control, I ensure that all procedures meet BioLife’s quality standards, including proper handling of plasma, donor safety, and compliance with regulatory guidelines and HIPAA.
As a FOH team member, I was working at the counter, drive-thru, or kiosks, taking customers’ orders accurately, and providing menu recommendations when asked.
I processed payments, either through cash or digital transactions, and ensured customers received the correct change or receipt.
I prepared and assembled food and beverages as ordered, ensuring accuracy and high-quality presentation. After orders are prepared and checked for accuracy before sending them out for pickup or delivery to the customer, I serve them promptly, ensuring all items are correct and as requested.
As a customer service representative, I greeted customers warmly, created a welcoming environment, and assisted customers with purchases, questions, and any concerns. I handle transactions at the register—cash, credit, loyalty cards, etc., and promote Spinx promotions, loyalty programs, and specials.
Monitored fuel pumps and handled basic troubleshooting or customer concerns at the pump.
Follow safety and security procedures (e.g., handling age-restricted items, preventing theft).
