Solder and assemble copper and brass lighting fixtures to exacting standards. Build metal fixtures according to print set specifications (square, symmetry, scale, etc.)
Utilize various tools (scale, clamps, jigs, drill press, lathe, drill, band saw, etc.) Conduct preliminary preparation of metal surfaces for downstream customer. Utilize sanders, Dremel's, scratchpads, buffers, sandblasters, etc.) to prepare metal surfaces for appropriate finish. Disassemble and Reassemble lighting fixture components. Use dip tanks and appropriate process to achieve Oxidation, Polish or Distressed finish
Apply standard and custom paint, lacquer and other coatings to lighting fixtures. Ensure proper finish is applied to lighting fixture components per work orders

Prepared vehicle surfaces through sanding, priming, and cleaning to ensure optimal paint adhesion and a flawless finish. Applied various paint coats and coatings using advanced spray painting techniques and equipment for efficient and effective coverage. Conducted final inspections, ensuring adherence to Volvo's quality assurance protocols and customer satisfaction standards. Performed routine maintenance on painting equipment, including airless sprayers and conventional guns, to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime. Maintained a clean and safe working environment by adhering to all safety regulations, handling solvents safely, and ensuring proper disposal of materials. Assisted in implementing and adhering to Vehicle Manufacturing Standards (VCMS) to improve efficiency and quality within the paint shop".

Removed old windows. Adjusted window frames to provide exact fit of new window panes. Installed various window types in both residential and commercial buildings.

Forklift certified, inspecting cars for defects or impurities, correct defects or impurities, deliver and receive shipments, work/maintain robots in paint booth, work/maintain machines in paint mix room. Learned multiple jobs/skills to cover wherever help was needed. Trained new team members. Covered team lead position when team lead was absent.
