As the Assistant Manager at the Guard site, I am responsible for preparing and maintaining various records, including personnel, property, maintenance, and operational documents. I also prepare periodic reports and manage duty schedules and time sheets. Additionally, I coordinate transportation for TO personnel, ensuring that their in-country security and housing needs are met, though I do not handle travel arrangements like airline tickets or hotel bookings. I maintain personnel and administrative files at the TO location and work with CONUS management to ensure records are complete at both sites. As the Guard Shift Leader, I lead and supervise a team of guards, overseeing security services, monitoring Access Control Points, conducting searches, and providing mobile armed escort services.

I fostered strong relationships with clients by regularly communicating their needs and expectations. As the primary point of contact, I provided project-related updates from subcontractors. I also built and maintained solid connections with clients, vendors, and subcontractors. My role involved collaborating with contractors and vendors to ensure property repairs and improvements were high-quality and cost-effective. Additionally, I managed construction projects from inception to completion, overseeing timelines, budgets, and negotiating contracts to secure favorable terms.

I worked closely with clients to understand their unique installation needs and requirements. While on-site, I strictly followed safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. I coordinated with team members to schedule and prioritize installation and dismantling tasks based on project timelines. Throughout the process, I maintained professionalism in all client interactions. Additionally, I effectively managed my time to meet deadlines while upholding quality standards and swiftly addressed any technical issues that arose during installations and dismantling.

I have consistently excelled as a leader in high-pressure situations, successfully achieving mission objectives. With expertise in Network and Physical Security, I served as the IT division Chief, overseeing a team of five technicians responsible for all onboard computer systems. Additionally, in my role as senior section leader and watch Bill coordinator, I managed the ship's physical security in both domestic and foreign ports. My strong leadership skills were evident as I guided teams through training exercises and real-world operations, always upholding the Navy's high standards of discipline and professionalism. I ensured the optimal functionality of naval equipment while adhering to safety protocols and utilizing advanced technology for data analysis and decision-making during our missions.
