I was in charge of the business. Ensuring everyone was aligned and working towards the same goals for the office. Managing daily issues, Leading and managing team members, ensured clear communication and understanding of what was expected daily from staff, and ensuring accountability from all staff.

Fusion Medical Center and Coastal Weight Loss Secret are two businesses in one.

Working on the Fusion side I was in charge of assisting patients with therapies such as Cold Laser, Infrared Therapy, PEMF, and Shock Wave, Spinal Decompression.

I also assisted Nurse Practitioners in Visco injections and PRP injections.

Assisting with taking patients demographics, entering them into EMR. Check in and Check out process.

I was responsible for helping patients with treatments and Plan of care for each patients. Setting patients up on Nueromed treatment, Ultrasound, and spot treatments for muscle relaxation, and assisting patients on Vibration Therapy. Assisting the Dr in daily treatment of a patients.

Check in/ check out patients, entering demographics into EMR,

Assisting lead Therapist with patient stretching and exercises, assisting with cryotherapy treatment, stimulation therapy and assisting with other needed therapy treatments.
