Summary

I've always been the guy who wants to learn it all. I want to know all parts of the business and what I'm doing so that I can be as successful as possible. That also means training your other employees to be able to do the same thing so that when you move up or are out sick someone is there to step up. I always try to be the manager that leads by example but also can fill in the gaps. Not everyone is going to be good at everything but at least they did one thing to the best of their ability, instead of doing half work on something they don't like or can't do well. If you make other happy, then you will be happy. If you work hard, then people will notice. I try to be the hardest worker on and off the clock. Making sure our gym is being taken care of even when I'm not there if I'm just working out. I love this lifestyle and want to continue growing with it.
