Successful Crew manager for small home builder along with Managing teams for Large Community Development. Plus General Contract coordinator for 14 custom build Spec homes. Handled all aspects starting with Land Development / Well and septic or City utility hookups to Extra course foundations allowing a 9' ceiling height in the basements. Framing, Electric and plumbing Fit up, to Finish crew. Along with Over seeing Landscape crew for Exterior Curd appeal.

As CEO my role was to over see all aspects of manufacturing and Operations while growing sales. We serviced many different markets. Pharmaceutical, Cosmetic , Automotive, Aviation, Aero space, Personal care along with the food industry. As $1.5 million dollar company with only 65 employees I, with the help of my team were able to grow the company to just under $12 million in sales. This was a very successful venture to the point where we grew the company enough to sell it to a much larger competitor. I was asked to stay on board but opted to take some time off and move to SC to be closer to my Children.
