Summer Robinson

I was the shop manager at my father's mechanics business. I grew up in the mechanics business but during my time "employed" I was responsible for any cleaning and organizing that needed to be done. I would report what we needed to restock to the office manager and follow thru to make sure it was ordered and on the way. Occasionally I'd do a vreak job, or an oil change. I was also responsible for processing tires by using the tire machine to either remove the rims so we could dispose of the tires- or if a costumer needed their tires balance- I could do that aswell.

I started out as a stylist at supercuts but quickly moved to assistant manager. After a few months I was moved to manager and relocated to my own store in Fort mill, sc. I managed for 2 years until I had to come home due to health issues during pregnancy. I created schedules for my entire staff, I kept products in stock, I was responsible for inventory. I was also responsible for holding my team accountable and making sure any unhappy costumers were handled with respect and care.
