Accomplishments

    WFP Somalia: Implementation of the Service marketplace in Somalia, a centralized ticketing and tracking platform to support Logistics cluster partners in timely and systematic service requests for provision of transport and storage services. This has created process efficiency, real time order tracking, and 100% execution of partner service requests.


    WFP Somalia: Last mile implementation- Managed the roll out of the Logistics Vehicle Tracking Project across Somalia (Tracking cargo from dispatch to delivery) including conducting training, monitoring and undertaking support missions to WFP area offices in Somalia. Evaluating adherence to SOPs by WFP warehouse staff and transporters. This eliminated commodity diversion and provided data for transporter performance.
