Performs duties as an Operations Sergeant in an Army Reserve Readiness Division (81st RD, a Two-Star Command) with current strength of 609 Soldiers and 1096 Department of the Army (DA) Civilians displace across the nine different states, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. Receives, drafts, and implements orders. Assists Chief of Operations Officer in conducting current operations for the Readiness Division. Assist in dissemination of information to the unit and staff sections. Assist in planning, coordinating, and reporting activities of subordinate elements. Provides tactical and technical guidance to subordinates and professional support to both subordinates and superiors in the accomplishment of their duties. Develops section training plan. Assists in production and administration of staff journals, files, records, and reports. Assists in coordination and implementation of training, administrative and communications procedures within the section. Assists in the organization and operation of the current operations (CUOPS) section.

Served as the Petroleum Operations Sergeant for the 402nd Quartermaster Battalion with an assigned strength
of approximately 638 Soldiers and DA Civilians; responsible for providing technical and tactical guidance and
professional support to seven subordinate units; makes recommendations to Command Team and Staff
Officers in support of mission accomplishment; manages operational and training systems; ensures proper
implementation of the Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT) and Army Body Composition Program (ABCP), weapons qualifications, training schedules, ATRRS course applications,
mandatory training and training support packages (TSP, oversees and reviews monthly and quarterly Commanders
Unit Status Report (CUSR).
