• Performs different tasks ensuring the Assembly and Final Test lines employees are able to do their jobs.
• Monitored over 16 employees on the Final Assembly line, and 10 employees on the Final Test line
• Troubleshooted on all stations of the Assembly and Final Test lines.
• Able to work on each of the 15 Assembly line stations and 6 Final Test stations, exceeding production goals
• Trained all new hires on starter equipment such as Pallet Jack, and Hoist.
• Assisted the ZF Training Department with new hires orientation, teaching Contamination and Proper Handling of Parts, Kanban and Red Tag classes.
• Performed multiple Statistical Process Control (SPC) measures on the Assembly and Final Test lines ensuring the quality on the lines
• Used multiple SRP systems such a s SAP and TPM ensuring the assembly lines have the raw
• Provided and prepared multiple shift reports for Supervisors and Managers

• Worked on multiple stations on the Final Assembly line, maintaining quality and productivity.
• Trained new hires on all stations.
• Performed SPC’s to ensure quality of the product and process.
