Operating Two GDS Bag Machine producing plastic trash bags. Stringing up machine with plastic film. Monitoring the machine making sure film is good quality and correct length & width. Making sure machine is running correct speed and correct temperature. Cutting down at the end of each roll and removing shaft. Troubleshooting machine if there’s any issue.

• Record production information such as quantities produced and materials used on daily logs.

Operating extruder producing polymer for air bags. Once polymer is produce and hopper is filled take hopper to the correct drop port and transfer polymer to pack out. Boxing off polymer with correct label and correct weight for shipping. Changing out the cutter on the machine if cut is bad.

• Led team in daily operations and workflow management.

Lead over 15 people on assembly line. Going over SOP’s with each employee making sure they understand their job. Conduct daily meetings which provides important information to the employees regarding safety and production.Making sure each employee has proper supplies daily. Entering all defects daily that’s found in each unit into the system. Packing out each unit transferring to finished goods.

• Operated machinery to assemble HVAC units efficiently.

Operated the tube bender which is digital for different size tubes.Kept inventory daily on all coils being produced. Using RF scanners to scan all used parts. Use conveyor to transfer all finished coils.
