Two of my passions, patient care in the dentistry field and customer care in the restaurant industry have given me over 20 years of extensive experience and awesome memories. I take great pride in my outstanding work ethic and dedication. My team mindset in conjunction with caring and productive leadership skills, sum up my continued passion for management. I am servsafe certified as well with a current certification that was just renewed in July 2024. My CPR certification is not current but I can have that updated.

General Manager (GM)
Cucina 100-Fountain Inn, SC
04.2015 - 02.2025
1. I began my love for one on one care, as well as group leadership and guidance in the dental field in 2000, giving me 15 years experience in management and patient care. Including all insurance, treatment planning and knowledge of charting as well.
2. The desire to have more time with my family after relocating from NY, I decided to serve in a restaurant for the 1st time in my life when I was 40 in 2015. It allowed me to free up my time so I could go back to school and pursue becoming a certified esthetician. After accomplishing that goal, I decided to stay on at Cucina 100 because it became like home for me, from building strong relationships with my team members and customers. After about a year of serving, I was offered the position of FOH manager that then took me to the position of GM shortly after.
3. The restaurant business and lifestyle allow me the enjoyment of time with my family, and also doing what I love. Taking care of people and being a positive leader that continues to grow and learn for my team and with my team.
Managed budget implementations, employee reviews, training, schedules, and contract negotiations.
Managed a diverse team of professionals, fostering a positive work environment and high employee satisfaction.
Developed and implemented strategies to increase sales and profitability.
Cultivated strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure long-term success and loyalty.
Monitored financial performance, set budgets and controlled expenses to provide financial stability and long-term organizational growth.
Spearheaded development of new market strategy, significantly enhancing brand recognition and customer base with innovative advertising campaigns.
