Promoted to Press and Media Relations Coordinator in 2024 and subsequently to Communications Manager in 2025. In these roles, responsibilities expanded to include serving as a primary liaison with local media outlets, writing and distributing press releases, and overseeing management and content updates for the City website.

Currently I am still the head of content for the city producing high quality videos and photos for social media

• Developed and implemented strategic communication plans to enhance community engagement.
• Oversaw digital content development, optimizing messaging for various social media channels.

• As the Communications Coordinator for the Mayors office I am responsible for putting together content for our social media channels that communicates what is going on in the city. This also includes doing content for each individual department.
• Working with the Mayor and head of Public Relations to keep citizens informed
• Coming up with video content from concept to finished product that positively depicts the city
• Live streaming a multi camera production of our City Council
• Working with each department to promote different services, events, or accomplishments

• I have worked with various clients utilizing many types of Hardware and editing software systems such as the Adobe Creative Suite, to create content that goes above and beyond the standards of the client.

• Working with the clients to tell a visually compelling story for their business or corporation
• Contract cinematography work for local media companies

• My roll as a Promotions Producer for the station consisted of creating and writing compelling content to draw viewers in to watch our newscast. I was also responsible for creating News Image spots to promote the station and our news.
• Shooting, gathering and editing content daily
• Writing scripts and collaborating to create the best possible product
• Producing and location scouting.

• As a Photojournalist my day to day consisted of; shooting, editing, and tight deadlines. Being a Photojournalist is usually being apart of a team with a reporter to tell the best stories you can and then making sure you’re LIVE when that first news cast comes around.

• My main task as an editor for WCBD an NBC affiliate is to make sure I am editing the best content for the station. Other tasks include but are not limited to.

• Maintaining expert level in editing program Edius
• Navigating ENPS to make sure tasks are communicating correctly with the director
