• Help teachers analyze student data (assessments, benchmarks, etc.) to identify gaps, set measurable goals, and adjust instruction to meet student needs.

Professional Development

• Plan and deliver weekly trainings, workshops, and job-embedded learning aligned to school or district priorities (e.g., math strategies, literacy, differentiation).

Instructional Planning

• Support 35 teachers in lesson planning, aligning instruction to standards, and selecting effective strategies and resources.

Classroom Observation & Feedback

• Conduct non-evaluative observations and provide timely, constructive feedback focused on improving student engagement and achievement.

Modeling Best Practices

• Demonstrate research-based instructional strategies in real classrooms so teachers can see effective practices in action.

Building Teacher Capacity

• Empower teachers to reflect on their practice, take ownership of growth, and become more effective and independent over time.

Collaboration & PLC Support

• Facilitate or support weekly Professional Learning Communities (PLCs), helping teams plan, analyze data, and share effective practices.

Supporting School Initiatives

• Help implement curriculum, interventions, and school-wide instructional goals (such as MTSS, RTI, or specific academic frameworks).

Develop positive, trusting relationships with parents and guardians to encourage active participation in their child’s education.

2. Increasing Family Engagement
Plan and coordinate family engagement activities such as literacy nights, math nights, workshops, parent universities, open houses, and school events and increase the number of families participating by 20%.

Serve as a liaison between families and school staff by communicating important information, translating educational language, and ensuring families understand school programs and expectations.

4. Connecting Families to Resources

Provide at least 85 families with strategies, materials, and training to help support learning at home and reinforce academic goals.

6. Coordinating Community Partnerships
Develop partnerships with businesses, nonprofits, churches, and community organizations to provide additional opportunities and resources for students and families.

7. Organizing Volunteer Opportunities
Recruit, train, and coordinate parent and community volunteers to support school programs and events.

8. Supporting Attendance & Student Well-Being
Work with families to address barriers affecting attendance, behavior, or academic performance and connect them with appropriate support services.

9. Facilitating Parent Input & Leadership
Encourage parent voice through surveys, committees, advisory councils, and school improvement planning.
