I worked as a Powersports Technician at a dealership, where I handled everything from diagnostics and repairs to full engine rebuilds and routine services on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and other powersports vehicles. A big part of my job was troubleshooting both mechanical and electrical issues, making sure each machine is running to factory specs and performing at its best.

I also took care of warranty repairs and claims, keeping accurate service records and working closely with the service advisors and customers to explain what’s going on with their equipment. I made it a point to stay up to date on new models, technical bulletins, and factory training so I can provide high-quality, reliable work and keep customers confident in our dealership’s services.

• I had multiple responsibilities at Blue Smoke, key holder, counting inventory, restocked shelves, maintaining a clean shop, keeping a good client and customer relationship, counting and recording sales, closing, clearing the register, taking cash to it appropriate location after clearing the register, making sure all the lights are off and double check to make sure doors are locked.
• I worked from 4pm-12pm everyday, I Sometimes had to cover for employees who didn't show up.
