• Actively build capabilities of a TEAM through relevant, timely, balanced feedback; coaching and teaching, encouraging mentor relationships; and using recognition and rewards to reinforce desired behaviors
• Provide feedback to operational policy stakeholders to remove barriers; report on effectiveness of club strategies; communicate impacts of non-selling tasks; and identify efficiencies that allow TEAMs to focus principally on providing concierge-centric experiences
• Ensure revenue and expense goals are met and manage club operating budgets
• Coordinate activities of Club Managers (CM) to effect maximum sales, profits and efficiencies
• Oversee and advise on regional recruitment efforts, training and development and teammate relations in compliance with company standards in partnership with Corporate Office and regional partners
• Administer and drive accountability in performance, application of wage and salary guidelines, and implementation of Company training programs in partnership with HR
• Promote the organization within the clubs, in industry and/or trade associations
• Ensure that successful on-boarding and development occurs throughout the district
• Identify and communicate to teammates their potential to grow with Fitness Connection, including career path information
• Monitor Member programs and club’s appearance; ensure all Company standards are maintained
• Personally model professional conduct expected of all Fitness Connection leaders
• Perform other related duties as required by VP of Operations, SVP and CEO
