- Prepare the floors if needed, by using floor grinder to remove any substance that might hinder the bonding solution
- Keep area clean from trash, debris, and obstacles to prevent hindering tile mechanic progress
- Its been a good practice to try staying a step of the mechanic in having materials/tools that he may need next, ready in close vicinity.

- Bring countertop over to sink machine, and lay countertop over onto the machine
- Check paperwork to make sure material color, job number, and measurements match
- Draw out center line using measurements from paperwork
- Center appropriate sink template on countertop, outline template on countertop and clamp it down firmly
- Bring over sink machine head into the inner space of the template
- Turn on the water and begin cutting sink out, lowering the diamond bit 1/16th" per rotation, cutting into the face of the surface until sink hole is cut out
- When finished, remove separated sink cutout and stack on pallet, then unclamp and remove template
- Wash off dust/mud off of the countertop
- Offload countertop onto cart and push aside into row of countertops pending fabrication
- Grab next set of countertops and repeat the process.
