Recruited mothers to join this new program to care for and assisit mothers from prenatal up until their child is three years of age. Nutured and cultivated relatioships with members. Created curriculum relevant to our group, both mothers and children. Organized meals for weekly meetings, as well as food/diaper distributions.Put in pace protocols for First 1000 Days to prepare for a smooth transition to the next director.
