• Tests and calibrates parts and mechanisms to ensure all components meet tolerances, product specifications, and quality standards.

• May repair or refit parts or units that fail tests or tolerance levels

• Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and other written instructions

• Strip, crimp, tin, and label cables

• Use hand and power tools to fit parts together

• Operate using a grinder and grit blasters, and other shop related equipment/tools
• Blend and prep various buckets using a grinder
• Open holes up to size on buckets/nozzles using hones and/or reamers
• Ensures all operators have on the appropriate PPE
• Train new employees on the line to know all positions of the production line
• Rework all parts when production is low
• Set up work duties for each employee for the production line
• QC final inspection make sure no defects after all operations are completed. If any defects write up an NCN, report major defects to an engineer
• Water flow buckets before air flowing to get all the debris and grit out
• Airflow buckets using the air flow machine to ensure airflow is up to the standard numbers
• Log and document daily production

• Grit blast/use hone to open holes
• Buff/polish parts
• Vps hole clear
• Prep parts using grinder to take off the coating for hole clear

• Receive prescription requests from patients, doctors' offices, or by phone. Verify the accuracy of the information on the prescription.
• Retrieve, measure, count, pour, weigh, and sometimes mix the medication.
• Maintains drug and supply inventory and inventory records.
• Order supplies to maintain level of stock.
• Help customers find what they need or send them to the pharmacist for more help.
• Prior authorizations

• Assemble, perform material handling, and rework using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and jigs.
• Apply labels correctly to components and packaged parts.
• Perform quality checks and recognize defective parts and any inconsistencies with production flow to assure product meets all specifications and standards.
• Assemble parts by putting parts on fixtures inside machine.
