After my first season serving/bartending at the resort I was offered a promotion to open and run Westgates Marketplace/Bistro. The retail space offers Starbucks, Hersey's, Souvenirs, and many conveniences. Im responsible to ensure the best experience possible to our guests and public. Scheduling, Training, inventory, and working with multiped vendors to stock the Market are also other duties. I assisted in all areas of food and beverage also. Cook, orders, train, and function in all positions.
