I was in charge of the safe and all deposits and cash drops that were made into safe. I was also tasked with making sure my employees showed up to work on time and performed their tasks assigned to them in a proficient manner. I handled customer complaints, along with refunds/exchanges. My most important role was ensuring that I was the primary point of contact between my team and the higher-point level manager.
