  • Under my leadership, licensing royalty revenue experienced a remarkable 580% growth, rising from $250K in 2020 to $1.7MM in 2023. Projections for 2024 were $2.5MM.
  • I successfully expanded the licensing portfolio by acquiring six new partners in multiple emerging markets.
  • Home Licensee royalty revenue surged by over 107% from 2021 to 2023.
  • Some of the new accounts included Boll & Branch, Serena & Lily, Brooklinen, and Nordstrom.

  • My efforts resulted in a significant increase in Golf Town Corp Sales gross margins by 400 basis points and a 10% boost in sales, achieved through the implementation of new standardized pricing and freight programs.
  • Led the Golfsmith Corp Sales team to a remarkable 40% increase in sales, amounting to $625K, and a 500-basis point improvement in margins (30% GM’s), by introducing new sales and training programs for Golfsmith stores, enhancing product selection, and launching a new corporate website.
  • Secured the exclusive supplier position for gifts and awards for The Jimmy Fund in Boston, providing the 165 Jimmy Fund golf events with a preferred pricing program and exclusive products. This initiative generated over $200K in new sales within a short period of less than four months.

  • I managed this new licensing program alongside Golfsmith's European operations, 3rd-party and Incentive gift card programs, and Cartera and Intelispend programs, which collectively generated $18 million in annual revenue.
  • Secured $750,000 in annual gross margin (GMR) from new licensees in Australia, Japan, Europe, and South Africa.
  • Additionally, I opened the first Golfsmith store outside the U.S, in Seoul, South Korea. This marked the beginning of a partnership obligated to open 10 stores within the next three years, with three stores opening in 2014
  • This arrangement is projected to generate a minimum of $1.2 million in annual licensing revenue.
  • In 2013 and 2014, successfully increased the 3rd Party and Incentive Gift Card Programs by 28% and 35%, respectively, by expanding their partnerships by crafting a new sales and marketing program targeting customers who had not visited Golfsmith in over a year. This initiative resulted in $3.2 million in new revenue in 2013.
